CANCELLATION POLICIES
At the time of payment of the requested advance, you will be accepting the terms and policies of cancellation. Cancellations must be reported to the following email: [email protected] The following information must be specified in the email:
Reservation number. Means by which he made his reservation.
Name that was registered in the reservation.
Dates you booked.
Form of payment.
If canceled up to 4 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. Cancellations made after 3 (three) days prior to your appointment date will incur a charge of 50% of the total.
REFUND POLICIES
In order to be able to make the refund, we ask that you include the bank details of the person requesting the reservation when requesting your cancellation.
If your deposit is made through PayPal, the refund will also be made through that means. In case of reservations guaranteed with US Dollar (USD) via PayPal, the refund will be made by the same means in National Currency (EUR) according to the exchange rate on the day the reservation was made, discounting the PayPal commission if Refund is made 30 days after payment is made.
